国际健康长寿论坛落户贺州 发表2018国际健康长寿论坛（中国·贺州）宣言

（凤凰网旅游讯） 10月15日至18日，2018国际健康长寿论坛在广西贺州市举行。论坛上，国际人口老龄化长寿化专家委员会对外公布，国际健康长寿论坛永久落户贺州，每年10月举行。

此次论坛还发布了2018国际健康长寿论坛（中国·贺州）宣言，全文如下：

2018年10月15日－18日，贺州市人民政府、广西壮族自治区民政厅、东北亚经济论坛国际人口老龄化长寿化专家委员会、国际地理联合会（IGU）健康与环境委员会、中科院地理科学与资源研究所、中国社会经济系统分析研究会、中国地理学会健康地理专业委员会在广西贺州市共同举办了“2018国际健康长寿论坛”。

中国、美国、韩国、俄罗斯、加拿大、荷兰、波兰、英国、新西兰和“中国长寿之乡”代表共300多人出席了会议。与会代表探讨了国内外长寿健康、特色医养、生态长寿产品等相关领域的最新研究进展、国际老龄化发展趋势，对贺州充分利用生态资源优势、长寿品牌优势以及文化资源、医养结合的深度融合，深入推动广西长寿养生经济和贺州生态健康产业发展进行了研究和探讨，高度赞赏广西壮族自治区率先在全国创建省级养老服务业综合改革试验区的做法，以及贺州市按照“发挥优势，突出特色，全力‘东融’，加快发展”的总体要求，大力弘扬“说干就干，干就干好”的工作作风，积极推动贺州成为世界长寿养生养老产业快速发展的典范。

会议赞同贺州立足“世界长寿市”，依托独特的自然禀赋、良好的区位优势和深厚的文化底蕴，举全市之力，积极开展人类健康长寿研究与探索，进一步融入粤港澳大湾区发展，加快培育“五大新引擎”，不断壮大“长寿·养生”经济，打造“生态贺州·长寿胜地”和“住几天管用”品牌，有力推动贺州高质量发展。

会议赞同贺州在推进人口健康长寿过程中，树立和践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念，推动人与环境、人与社会、人与自然和谐发展，采取的各种举措值得借鉴，为今后长寿健康产业研究树立了榜样。

会议赞同各国开展区域合作，通过“国际人口老龄化长寿化专家委员会”“国际长寿论坛”等形式，为各国学者提供人口老龄化长寿化研究交流平台，促进养生养老产业可持续发展。

会议建议进一步推进长寿养老服务业与旅游、健康养生、文化交流等融合发展，成立国际康养学院，积极打造长寿食品产品并形成产业链，弘扬长寿文化。

会议建议贺州依托独特的自然禀赋和区位优势，大力发展以旅游文化养生为主抓手的生态健康产业，推动“大健康”与“大生态”“大旅游”与港澳粤深度融合，把“寿城”品牌做强做大。

会议建议国际健康长寿论坛每年在贺州举办并举行相关活动，进一步推动积极老龄化发展。

2018国际健康长寿论坛衷心感谢各国与会代表以及为本次会议提供服务的相关部门和志愿者为本次会议的成功举办做出的重要贡献。

Declarationof 2018 International Health and Longevity Forum (Hezhou, China)

During 15th to 18thOctober, the 2018 International Health and Longevity Forum (Hezhou, China) isheld in Hezhou, Guangxi, which is jointly hosted by Hezhou Municipal People’sGovernment, Civil Affairs Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Health and Environment Committee of International Geographical Union(IGU),Chinese Social and Economic Systems Analysis Research Association, and Healthand Geography Committee of Geographical Society of China.

Over 300 represents from China, the United States, South Korea,Russia, Canada, Holland, Poland, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and China’sHometown for Longevity attended the conference. The latest research progress inthe fields of longevity and health, characteristic health care and ecologicallongevity products in China and abroad, and international trend on aging werebeing discussed. The represents discussed that Hezhou takes advantages ofecological resources, longevity brand, and cultural resources with combinationof health care, which will promote the development of longevity health careeconomy in Guangxi and ecological health industry in Hezhou. They also spokehighly of the initiative of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to establish aprovincial-level comprehensive reform pilot area for the elderly care serviceindustry throughout the country, and that Hezhou has vigorously promoted the"say it and do it" in accordance with the overall requirements of“taking advantages, highlighting characteristics, making every effort to‘integrate’ and accelerating development.”, which has actively promoted Hezhouto become a model for the rapid development of the world's longevity healthcare and elderly care industry.

The conference endorses the practice ofHezhou’s efforts on human health and longevity research based on the brand of“World Longevity City” and relied on its unique natural endowment, excellentlocation advantages and profound cultural heritage. The city will furtherintegrate into the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,accelerate cultivation of the “Five New Engines”, continue to expand longevityand health economy and create the brands of “Ecological Hezhou, Longevity City”and “Live for a few days.”, which will vigorously promote the high-qualitydevelopment of Hezhou.

The conference endorses the developmentconcept of “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.” which ispracticed in promoting the health and longevity of population by Hezhou city.The various measures in order to promote the harmonious development of peopleand the environment, people and society, and people and nature have set anexample for future longevity and health industry research.

The conference endorses regional cooperationamong countries to provide platforms of population aging and longevity researchfor scholars from various countries to promote the sustainable development ofhealth care and elderly care industry through such forms as the InternationalExperts Committee on Population Aging and Longevity and the InternationalLongevity Forum.

The conference suggests the integration oflongevity elderly care service industry with tourism, health care, and culturalexchanges, and the establishment of an International College of Health Care, soas to actively create longevity food products, form an industrial chain, andpromote longevity culture.

The conference suggests that Hezhou shouldrely on its unique natural endowments and location advantages to vigorouslydevelop the eco-health industry with tourism, culture and health care as itsmain focus, promote the deep integration of “great health”, “great ecology” and“great tourism” with Hong Kong, Macao and Guangdong, and strengthen the brandof “Longevity City”.

The conference suggests that InternationalHealth and Longevity Forum be held annually in Hezhou to further promote theactive development of aging.
