《青蛇》是田沁鑫导演与中国国家话剧院为乌镇户外的美丽水剧场特制的演出。导演以自己的方式解读了何谓“人妖殊途”……殊与物种无关，只在于精神世界相异。飞蛾扑火遇上世俗尺度，不如忘于江湖。依托大爱，是最后出路……

《青蛇》是近年来国内备受瞩目的话剧之一，由国家话剧院制作、演出，这次将为乌镇戏剧节重新制作，成为第一部在户外水剧场演出的剧目。

About Green Snake

Green Snake is a special performance directed by Tian Qinxin for Wuzhen’s lovely outdoor Water Theater. The director gives her interpretation of the difference between humans and spirits. The difference is not physical; it is spiritual. In the human world, standards of behavior are like moths around a flame. Relying on love is the only way out…

Produced and performed by the National Theater Company of China (NTCC), Green Snake has received considerable national attention in recent years. The play has been adapted for outdoor performance at the Water Theater as a featured part of the Wuzhen Drama Festival.

代表作品：话剧《生死场》、《狂飙》、《赵氏孤儿》、《红玫瑰与白玫瑰》、《明朝那些事儿》、《四世同堂》、《风华绝代》、《青蛇》、《罗密欧与朱丽叶》等，音乐剧《电影之歌（2010版）》、昆曲《1699·桃花扇》，电视剧《生死桥》等。

Playwright/Director: Tian Qinxin

Tian is a director for NTCC, and the Deputy Director of the Film & Television Research Center at Peking University. She is widely acknowledged as one of the most influential directors in Asia.

Tian has always been committed to work of character and high artistic quality in his depictions of humanity. Whether she is writing or directing, her style is unique among Chinese theatrical works.

Tian’s works include: Battlefield of Life and Death, Rush, Orphan of Zhao Clan, Red Rose and White Rose, Tales of the Ming Dynasty, Four Generations Under One Roof, A Legend, Green Snake and Romeo and Juliet, as well as the musical Song of Film (2010 edition), the Kun Opera Peach Blossom Fan 1699, and the television drama Bridge of Life and Death.

Tian and her work have received many awards, including: the China Art Festival Gold Award for Performance; the National Stage Fine Art Project Award; the One Drama Play of the Year Award; Southern Weekly’s Original Drama of the Year Award, Culture Award, Director Award, and Script Award; the Golden Lion Award for Director; the Cao Yu Literature Script Award; the Ministry of Culture’s Chinese Drama 100th Anniversary Commemorative Award for Outstanding Dramatic Artist; acceptance to the Chinese Drama 100 Years Hall of Fame; Southern People Weekly’s Contemporary Youth Leader; BQ’s Theatre Director of the Year; Trends Award’s Drama Personality of the Year; TimeOut’s Hero of Beijing; and Lady Magazine’s Top Ten Influential People of the Year.
